RESERVATIONS:
Reservation Confirmation: Any reservation will be considered firm and final upon receipt of the duly signed rental agreement and payment for the stay, as defined below: - 50% of the total cost of the stay as a deposit at the time of reservation.
-The balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the balance is not received by the deadline indicated above, La Ferme du Passieu reserves the right to cancel the stay; the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Changes:
Any cancellation or change to the stay must be confirmed in writing (mail, email).
The date of receipt by La Ferme du Passieu will serve as proof. We are committed to doing our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible under any circumstances.
-Between the time of booking and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due.
-Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the stay is due.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The tenant agrees to provide a check for €5,000 (five thousand euros) upon arrival as a guarantee of proper use of the rented property. This check will not be cashed unless there is a disagreement regarding the condition of the house at the end of the stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
La Ferme du Passieu is available starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

CATERING SERVICES:
The rental rate includes breakfast.
For other meals, we offer:
-A chef on staff for the duration of your stay.(The price of €350 per day plus groceries for meal preparation may vary depending on the season and the availability of our service providers.)
-Delivery of meals prepared at a restaurant in the village. We have a menu of available meals available for you.

WELLNESS:
La Ferme du Passieu features a private wellness area: a heated indoor pool, a hammam, and a fitness center.
Massages must be booked in advance through our concierge service and are subject to an additional charge.

MISCELLANEOUS:
"Well-behaved" pets are welcome.
La Ferme du Passieu has 2 cribs and 2 high chairs.
La Ferme du Passieu has an annex with 3 double bedrooms. If you rent the property with a chef, one bedroom in the annex will be reserved for the chef’s accommodation.
