Ayurvedic Treatments in the Alps

Two open hands holding small white flowers, resting on a carpet of pink flowers and dark greenery. A poetic image evoking a connection to nature and a sense of well-being.
A clear glass cup containing a floral infusion with a yellow chrysanthemum flower and berries, sitting on a wooden table. Scattered around it: dried lavender, spice powder, seeds, and berries. Fresh white flowers and green leaves in the background. An atmosphere of herbalism and natural wellness.
A woman in a black bikini sits in a meditative pose in a steam room tiled with beige and gray mosaics, her eyes closed and her hands resting on her knees. A wooden bucket is visible on the right. The scene evokes a spa-like atmosphere and a sense of deep relaxation.
A person lying in a swimsuit on a massage table by an indoor pool, facing a large window overlooking a mountain forest. The scene’s perfect reflection in the still water creates a symmetrical and soothing composition. A high-end alpine spa setting featuring natural stucco and wood.
For the past 15 years, this unique chalet nestled in the Alps has welcomed guests seeking more than just a simple getaway. Warm interactions, evenings by the fire, and the tranquility of the mountain peaks create a soothing retreat. Come recharge during a detox and wellness retreat and enjoy Ayurvedic treatments and dietary guidance.

Se mettre
en mouvement

Cette mise en mouvement se prolonge par l’exploration des coins secrets de nos montagnes, guidée par Alban, notre accompagnateur, pour se reconnecter pleinement à la nature et au plaisir de bouger.
